Study Grants for Ukrainian at Cologne University

In order to financially assist the UK students, Cologne University of Applied Sciences is now announcing its Ukrainian Scholarships. The scholarship is offered for the 2022–2023 school year. Up to 861 EUR in degree-related expenditures will be covered by the grant. This is open to students who desire to pursue an undergraduate degree at the university.

Officially known as TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences, Cologne University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1971 and is a higher education institution in Cologne, Germany (Technische Hochschule Köln, abbreviated as TH Köln). The Royal Provincial Trade School, founded in 1833 and renamed Trade College of the City of Cologne on 15 December 1879, was among the minor colleges that were combined to become it.

TH Köln, which has 430 professors and around 27,000 students, is the largest university of applied sciences in Germany in terms of enrollment. It is located in Cologne Südstadt. 100 bachelor’s and master’s degree programs are fully offered by the TH Köln. The University of Cologne and the German Sport University Cologne are two of Cologne’s other major universities. It is 63rd in the entire country.

The Cologne University of Applied Sciences makes a contribution to addressing the issues facing modern society. In order to ensure that its quality management system in every area of study and teaching is reliable for the qualification goals and requirements of its study programs, the TH Köln also got a best system accreditation from the German Accreditation Council.

The Cologne University is happy to offer study funds for the 2022–2023 academic year in order to enable Ukrainian students reach their academic goals and thrive in their careers.
Ukrainian students who wish to begin or continue their undergraduate degree course work at the University are encouraged to apply for one of the scholarship scholarships.
The application procedure started on March 14, 2022, and there is no set deadline.

Benefits:
an 861 EUR stipend for up to three months of study. Depending on the circumstances, an extension of the scholarship will be considered.
Selection Requirements
⦁ The candidates must be enrolled at TH Köln with the intention of earning a degree from a university.
⦁ The candidates must be in need of money as a result of the war in their country of origin.
⦁ The applicants must have added a German Studienkolleg to their international higher education entry qualification.
⦁ Students who are Ukrainian citizens are eligible.
⦁ The TH Köln offers undergraduate degree programs that students can enroll in.
⦁ The applicants must fulfill each of the requirements listed below in order to be eligible:
⦁ The candidates must be enrolled at TH Köln with the intention of earning a college diploma.
⦁ The candidates must be in need of money as a result of the war in their country of origin.
⦁ The applicants must have added a German Studienkolleg to their international higher education entry qualification.

Students can apply for admission by logging onto the university portal . Students must fill out the scholarship application form  and mail it, along with the necessary supporting documentation, to [email protected] to be considered for the scholarship.
